As we approach the end of the year and the busy festive season we wanted to let you know about our opening and delivery times. May we ask you to consider your requirements, especially around the busy periods during December and our closure times, to ensure you have enough workplace supplies.
Last order date to guarantee delivery before the festive period is Tuesday 22nd December, but ordering earlier is recommended!
Orders place on Thursday 24th December or over the festive period will be delivered on Tuesday 5th January 2021.
All Banner offices, will close at 5:30pm on Thursday 24th December re-opening at 8:30am on Monday 4th January 2021 (Tuesday 5th in Scotland).
If your organisation is open during the festive period, please consider your requirements during this time.
As is normal during the first few days of January, we anticipate a significant increase in the volume of orders received and processed by our warehouses. We will of course ensure we have the necessary resources across all areas of our business; however we ask that if possible, to support the volume of orders being processed, please feed your orders through to us continuously throughout the day, if feasible.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the volume of orders does not adversely affect your delivery times, we may experience some delays and we would ask for your patience and support during the initial trading days in January.
