As we approach the end of the year and the busy festive season, we wanted to let you know about our ordering, delivery and office hours.

To ensure you have sufficient supplies during the busy December period and throughout our closure times, we encourage early planning and ordering to meet your requirements..

The last order date to guarantee delivery before the festive period is Monday 23rd December 2024* before 6pm, but ordering earlier is highly recommended. Orders placed on this day will be delivered on Tuesday 24th December 2024.

Orders placed on Tuesday 24th December, or over the festive period, will be delivered on Friday 3rd January 2025.

All Banner offices will close at 5pm on Tuesday 24th December 2024, and reopen at 8:30am on Thursday 2nd January 2025 (Friday 3rd in Scotland).

At the beginning of January, we anticipate high order volumes across our warehouses. We are committed to managing this demand and will allocate additional resources to ensure efficient processing. To help streamline operations, we kindly request that orders be submitted throughout the day as feasible.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the volume of orders does not adversely affect your delivery times, we may experience some delays, and we ask for your patience and support during the first few trading days in January.
