Truline takes another step in the move towards fleet decarbonisation.

We're committed to reducing our carbon footprint, and the latest arrival of Truline’s four all-electric vans is another step in our decarbonisation journey towards our target of a Net Zero delivery fleet by 2027.

Truline, Banner’s transport and delivery logistics service, has strategically placed EV charging stations throughout their distribution network to keep their electric vans on the road.

In addition to these latest electric vehicles and its existing low-emission fleet, another six all-electric vans are now also ready to be deployed to Truline depots across the country. Distributed to cities implementing Clean Air Zones, Truline is ensuring that their bespoke logistical offering remains compliant within different cities in the coming months and years.

All Truline vehicles comply with ultra low emission zones in order to operate within the rules enforced across some UK cities. In addition, a full decarbonisation plan is being scoped to ensure the environmental footprint is reduced as much as possible prior to implementation of offsetting measures and a Net Zero position.

A word from Jonathan Rolfe, Truline Managing Director

As a business that specialises in being on the road, transporting goods, it’s crucial that we’re able to support not only our own environmental goals, but also those of our customers.

At Truline, we pride ourselves on our ability to effectively service our customers to meet their exact needs and requirements. With eliminating city emissions at the forefront of the Government’s environmental plans, our new fleet of electric vehicles will give us the ability to continue offering our customers a complete end-to-end service.
